Additional Notes This is another book themed around the events of the Ankh Morpork night watch. Therefore, we see lots of Nobby, Vimes, Colon and Carrot, the usual crew, including some new recruitments. This book is a long one, but one I feel which is very good. The story basically goes that there are general murders going on around Ankh-Morpork, somehow related to Golems people feel. Then the patrician becomes ill with mild arsenic poisoning, yet the watch cannot figure how, who or when, so they're pretty buggered. How do the two connect? Well, that's what you'll find out, but it's a very intriguing books and marks the introduction of Golems into the Discworld.
